Performance Bookings
Beth, as a 5-year resident of Montreal, is well connected and well experienced in music performances of many varieties from throughout her professional performing career. Solo Saxophone, Clarinet or Flute
Beth has experience performing a variety of requested music of various styles (jazz, pop, bebop, cultural, religious, ethnic, rock, classical, Musical Theatre, top 40, R&B, contemporary, etc.) and performing without accompaniment in any sized venue, ranging from a living room to a large live concert hall.
Rates start at a minimum of 1 hour of playing. Pieces can be arranged on request so you'll hear exactly what you ask for!
Beth is available to perform solo on Clarinet, Saxophone or Flute.
Solo Saxophone and Piano
Beth's regular pianist for about two years of constant performances in a variety of genres and musical settings, Guillaume Martineau and Beth are available to perform as duo on a variety of repertoire and can accommodate requests (made in advance) to fit your musical event. Guillaume is a past winner of the Canadian Music Competition, and holds Piano Performance degrees from Berklee College of Music, McGill University and Universite de Montreal.
Beth and Guillaume have performed live on CIBL101.5 Radio, at McGill VIP/Donor Events, in concert halls and in front of large audiences and in intimate settings as well, including the Upstairs Jazz Bar and Grill, Diese Onze Jazz Club, McGill's Redpath Hall, Sala Rossa, and other events/venues.
Beth is also available as duo - Saxophone with Double Bass.
Jazz Trio, Quartet or Quintet
Beth's experience performing for events does not end at duo. Beth also has a long experience of performing for various public and private events in a jazz trio, quartet or quintet setting. Through Beth, you can book a jazz trio, quartet or quintet for your event, choosing from of a combination of Piano, Bass, Drums, Sax and either Trumpet/Trombone/Guitar or Jazz/Pop Vocals.

Large Jazz Ensemble (Big Band)
Throughout Beth's career in Montreal, she has played in several professional-level dance bands. For larger events, Beth can provide connections with the top big bands in Montreal, performing music ranging from big band jazz, standards, contemporary music, concert hall jazz, latin, samba, rock, disco, top 40, or ballroom (including Tango/Swing!)

Composition/Arranging
Beth is also available for instrumental composition/commissioning of original works (specializing in contemporary/jazz/rock/pop for any ensemble size from trio up to big band or mixed/uniquely instrumented ensemble) or arranging from a recording or lead sheet into music for a larger ensemble with additional orchestration if requested. Beth is also open to composing/arranging for pop ensembles, radio jingles and other forms of media.
Beth has been commissioned previously by community ensembles to arrange and compose original works for specific ensembles, ranging from concert band, to one-on-a-part wind ensemble, to rock band, to large jazz ensemble (w and w/o singer).
Beth has been recognized by some of the top industry professionals in jazz composition as a promising emerging artist jazz composer.

Not interested in a jazz saxophone, small jazz ensemble, large jazz ensemble, etc?
Beth, as a former student of the Schulich School of Music (Canada's premiere Music School) and well-networked in Montreal's professional-level classical and jazz scenes, is happy to provide connections to musicians of all orchestral instruments (woodwind, brass, strings, piano, percussion, voice (jazz and classical)), rock ensembles, contemporary performers, pop musicians, etc.
Beth is also connected with a vast network of Music professionals, including composers (jazz, film and classical), arrangers (jazz, pop and classical), conductors and private studio teachers, and can offer contacts to help complete your musical needs for your event or project.
